Referrals Welcome From Health Professionals
Chiropractic Partners, S.C. provides services and treatment plans to meet the needs of the referring physician. We put the patient’s health first and recognize that the best program for patient’s needs is at times chiropractic care combined with traditional medicine.
Our services are ideal for attorney referrals because they include comprehensive diagnostic and treatment documentation. We utilize SOAP note dictation and maintain an open referral network with other doctors including neurologists, orthopedists, and physical therapists.
